About us

- Who are we?

CopnCop is a team passionate about sneakers and limited products for over 10 years. Our passion has become our business, allowing us to offer you the most exclusive products and to make them accessible to all.

- What is your mission?

The products we offer are available in more or less limited quantities by the big brands. They are therefore out of stock very quickly in stores and on websites. Our mission is to give you access to these products, new and authentic, in complete safety. We work with a network of partners all over the world, that we have selected and that we trust completely, allowing us to offer you the majority of the limited products, the most recent and sometimes not even released yet.

- Where are you located?

Our offices are located in Paris and Ibiza. There are no physical stores yet, but we are working towards this, once the health situation is back to normal.

- How do you determine the price of the products?

The products we offer are released in more or less limited quantities. They are therefore out of stock in stores and on traditional websites in a short time. The price of a product depends on the model, its size and its current value on the market. The value of a product on the market depends on the quantity produced and the demand. For each model and size, we receive sales proposals from our network of dealers that allow us to set the price of a product. Our mission is to put these retailers in competition with each other to offer the fairest possible prices. The prices charged by our resellers can fluctuate depending on the supply and demand of a product. Our prices can also vary, in one direction or the other.

- Why are some products currently unavailable?

If a product is displayed as "Unavailable" it is because it is now very difficult to find it among our network of private and professional resellers. Thus, it is not possible to determine the price or a precise return date. You can always contact us to see if we can find it.

- Can I get a Promo Code?

Yes, directly for your first order by registering to our Newsletter at the bottom of each page.

- Are the products you sell counterfeit?

NO FAKE HERE ! All products sold by CopnCop are guaranteed 100% authentic, original. They come from our partner retailers, selected for several years for their experience and reliability. We also have an authentication process before sending you the ordered item(s): the leather, the materials, the box, the accessories, the font, the smell... Everything is meticulously checked to ensure you a totally authentic product. You will then receive your product, with our certificate of authenticity.

- Are the products new?

Yes, our products are brand new and unworn and are sent to you in their original packaging with all their accessories.

- How do you get all the products that are out of stock everywhere?

We only work with a network of partner retailers, with whom we have been collaborating for several years and with whom we have established a relationship of trust to be sure that the products are totally authentic and new.

Shipping and Delivery

- What are your delivery times?

For the sizes mentioned EXPRESS 48H only, you receive your order in 2 days.

The processing time of your order can take between 4 to 10 days while we authenticate your pair of sneakers. When your order leaves our warehouse towards you, our delivery times vary between 48H and 72H for Metropolitan France and between 48H and 96H for Europe.

- How much does delivery cost in France?

Good news, delivery is FREE from 200 purchase in Metropolitan France (including Corsica).

- How much does it cost to ship abroad?

For delivery within the Union european, you can choose between Chronopost for 15€ or by UPS for 20. Please note that customs services may apply customs fees to your package when delivered abroad. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information.

- How do I track my package and is it insured?

As soon as your product is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number and your tracking link to follow in real time the shipment of your package. It will be delivered to you personally against your signature. Yes, our packages are insured.

- I haven't heard from my package, what should I do?

Please contact us directly by mail [email protected] or by phone at (+33) with your order number in order to help you as soon as possible and in the best way.

Cancellation, Exchanges and Returns

- Can I cancel my order?

Yes! Within 2 hours after your order you can contact us with your order number. After the time limit, we can not cancel your order because your order is validated in our system, it will proceed in this case to a return.

- Can I return my order?

Of course, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to make a return by respecting the conditions of returns. Do not hesitate to contact us, our team will explain you the procedure to follow.

- Do you offer return shipping ?

You are responsible for the return shipping costs and we will also deduct the initial shipping costs from your refund.

- Can I exchange the ordered products? The size does not fit? You are not convinced by the color or the model received?

We take care of it, it is possible to make an exchange within the limits of our available stocks, thank you for contacting us with your order number and we will see what we can do for you. You will also have to respect our conditions of return.

- What are the payment options?

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or debit card for foreign payments) and payment via PayPal. Order safely, all transactions are secured by a 3D secure SSL protocol.

You now have the possibility to pay in several installments FREE of charge with the ALMA service.

Sizing and maintenance of your sneakers

- How do I choose my size?

The majority of sneakers and products sold by CopnCop are UNISEX sizes. In general, we advise you to always refer to your European size. Also, you have the possibility of trying on equivalent models in large stores near you. For example, all Jordan 1 are cut in the same way. On each product page, you will find a size chart to help you find your way. If you have any doubt, please contact us, we will be happy to help you.

- How to clean and care for your sneakers

For maximum durability and to keep the color and materials bright, we recommend the use of special products sneakers which you can find in all major stores with a soft bristle brush. Also, for daily cleaning or on sensitive materials, you can use baby wipes. Do not put your products in the washing machine !
