General Conditions of Sale
ARTICLE 1 – Definitions and Fields of application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation to all sales concluded by CopnCop to consumers and non-professional or professional purchasers, wishing to acquire the products offered for sale through the Copncop.com website. These include the terms and conditions for ordering, payment, delivery and management of any returns of Products ordered by the Customers. The Products offered for sale by COP N COP are: Sneakers, clothing, leather goods, materialized or digital computer hardware. These Terms and Conditions apply to the exclusion of any other conditions. ARTICLE 2 – Orders & Rates
All products sold by CopnCop are new and authentic. Before you arrive in your hands, they are controlled by our team that ensures their authenticity. All products come directly from our special and professional partners in Europe. They have never been worn and are delivered to their original box with all the accessories. It is up to the Customer to contact us through the various channels available to him to order products he wishes, in the following terms: The contractual information is presented in the French language and is subject to confirmation at the latest at the time of the Customer's signature of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Product offers are valid within the limits of available stocks. The invoice will be sent by email once the payment is received. The displayed rates are expressed in Euros TTC. ARTICLE 3 – Shipping
Products ordered by the Customer will be delivered to France and Europe by the UPS carrier or within 14 working days from the order to the address indicated by the Customer.
ARTICLE 4 - Order and payment procedure

ARTICLE 5 - Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Customer has a period of fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt of the Product to exercise its right of withdrawal from the Seller, without having to justify reasons or to pay a penalty, has an end of refund, provided that the Products are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within 14 calendar days after notification to the Seller of the Customer's withdrawal decision.
