Returns and refunds are an important aspect of the online shopping experience.
At CopnCop we understand that you may change your mind or encounter problems with your order, which is why we've implemented a clear and fair returns and refunds policy.
- All requests for returns must be made from your Customer Area or via the form above, selecting the order and products concerned, within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order. Once your request has been validated by our services, a return form will be sent to you in your Customer Area, enabling you to return the product to us.
- Following your request, you will receive a document in your Customer Account and by e-mail, which must be included in the return package. The presence of this document is essential to process your return. Any parcel received without a returns form cannot be processed by our team.
- The returned product(s) must be brand new, i.e. unworn and in their original, perfectly intact packaging.
- The seal must not be removed, as it enables us to ensure that the product is the one we sent you. They must show no signs of wear or use. Upon receipt of your return, we will assess the condition of the item(s) being returned.
- No returns will be accepted if the product is returned soiled, worn, box damaged and/or if the product is rendered unfit for sale, if the returned product does not correspond to the one initially ordered or if the seal has been removed.
- The returned product(s) must be sent in a sturdy, protected shipping carton within 30 days maximum, to avoid any damage to the original packaging. Your return may be refused, or compensation may be claimed, if the original packaging of the returned product is damaged.
- The return fees are at your expense, and we will deduct the initial shipping costs from your refund.
- If your return is accepted, we will automatically refund you via the payment method you used to place your order, deducting the initial shipping costs, within a maximum of 7 days of our team receiving your return.
- If your return is refused, you will be informed by e-mail or telephone within a maximum of 7 days from receipt of your return by our team. You will then have the option of having your product returned to the address of your choice, at your own expense.
